We enjoy helping people by providing them with insurance products that protect them from the unexpected, allowing them to pursue their life dreams. We provide free Auto insurance, Homeowners insurance, Renters insurance, Farm-Ranch insurance, Business insurance, & Liability Umbrella insurance quotes. I also work with our customers to help them meet their needs for Life insurance so their families will continue financial stability. My office services customers in a wide geographical area. We work with customers in the Lincoln & Omaha area including Lancaster, Cass, Saunders, Otoe, Sarpy, & Douglas Counties. My initial insurance experience was in operations my first three years after receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. I now have been a State Farm Agent since 1984 with 39 years of experience. Professional education has been important to me to keep up with the trends in the industry and to give me knowledge to properly advise my policyholders . I secured my LUTCF designation in 1988 (a series of training courses sponsored by NAIFA). I earned my Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College in 1992, and received my Chartered Financial Designation (ChFC) from the American College in 2005. My office is located in Waverly, Nebraska in the Waverly Plaza business district just off of Highway 6 on your way between Lincoln and Omaha. It is handicapped accessible & provides plenty of parking. Feel free to stop in or we can set an appointment in the office or at your home. We offer Notary Public services by appointment as well. I volunteer at my church, Peace Lutheran-Waverly as the Missions Coordinator and the drummer in the contemporary praise band. I have served through the chairs and as past State President for NAIFA-Nebraska, which advocates for the tax-advantaged products the insurance industry provides for the financial well-being of their customer to allow them to make their financial goals. I also have served as the Grassroots Chair on behalf of NAIFA-Nebraska to advocate for the insurance/financial services industry with our Federal & State lawmakers. Michelle Criswell, my administrative associate, has served our customers in our office for 13 years but has a total of 21 years of experience in the insurance industry. She provides service to our customers in the Auto, Homeowners, & Renters insurance arenas. She has her insurance licenses and holds a Select Staff Agreement with State Farm. She also is a Notary Public with the State of Nebraska.
